Updating FindBugs within FawkeZ, report normalizer

To update FindBugs within FawkeZ:

• Update FindBugs version in source:/trunk/config/ivy.xml
• If the report schema of FindBugs changed you need to adopt source:/trunk/src/xml/findbugs/findbugs.xsd and possibly the normalizer code. Possible changes can be found here: http://findbugs.cvs.sourceforge.net/findbugs/findbugs/etc/bugcollection.xsd?view=log
