The original preferences screen also offered tabs for advanced settings, date and time format, keyboard shortcuts and colour theme. Those settings lived in a server session, so they have no meaning here.
Static archive
Account creation, sign in and password reset were functions of the original Trac installation. They are not connected to a server in this static edition. The forms validate in your browser and then explain that no account is created.
