fawkeZ
A set of Java classes, tools and utilities, together with principles and guidelines for agile software development. It covers code analysis reporting, lifecycle documentation and XSLT code generation.
Java tooling collective / since 2006
The jCoderZ are a group of Java developers and their projects. We welcome anyone interested in Java. Our work covers code analysis reporting, lifecycle documentation, key and certificate tooling, and media libraries.
01 / Project index
Each project keeps its own release rhythm, its own wiki and its own source tree. All three are maintained in the open, and the fawkeZ library is released under the BSD license. The original Trac archives remain readable here, page by page.

Independent security tools that simplify recurring key and certificate work: the Keystore Explorer with its built in mini certificate authority, and an SSL capable TCP proxy that can log traffic.

Projects grouped around organising MP3 libraries with high quality metadata, including a UPnP media renderer, a library server and general purpose Java bindings.
02 / Capabilities
Most of the code started as internal tooling and was later released so that other teams could use it. Each capability below links to the page that documents it in the archive.
One combined report across the analysis tools a Java build already runs.
Generators for requirements and architecture documents, backed by DocBook.
Utility classes and XSLT generators that keep application code small and explicit.
Practical tooling for certificates, encrypted sockets and home music libraries.
03 / Archive activity
The wiki keeps its original change history. These are the last edits recorded in the fawkeZ archive before work moved to a new build line.
04 / The collective
The collective is small, the archives are open and the mail list is still the front door. Read the member list, or start with a project and follow its wiki.
